Dataset Overview
================

This dataset contains the data analyzed in our study of the relationship between developmental gene expression and metabolism. The data are divided into two compressed files:

1. *simulations* contains the completed output from each of our simulations.

2. *measurements* contains segmented and annotated $YanYFP$ and $Yan^{\delta miR7}YFP$ eye discs from animals raised under normal metabolic conditions and in animals subject to IPC ablation.
